Our official warranty

  • R&Z wigs/ toppers are made of 100% virgin European/Russian , Brazilian hair or Premium quality human hair and they all can be dyed,highlighted, straightened, curled and treated at a hairdresser except our synthetic wigs. However for best results R&Z Wigs (“R&Z”) recommend using a professional hairdresser who has experience working with wigs).
  • R&Z provides 6 months warranty from the day of purchase on any full human hair silk base or mono-filament wigs (excluding bandit wig,topper,hair extensions or any other wig/ hair pieces ).
  • R&Z will not take responsibility if the clients health fund ,government rebate or insurance will not reimburse the client. It is up to the clients responsibility to find out if they are eligible and how much they will receive.
  • The R&Z warranty will cover net fatigue, excessive hair loss and balding (together known as “Defects”) with in the 6 months of Warranty, lace top wigs come with no warranty.
  • R&Z will not take responsibility for damage made by clients or their hairdressers.
  • R&Z will charge extra fees for additional wig services such as: adding baby hair, cap resizing, colour, highlights, cutting the wig unless agreed otherwise.
  • R&Z have a strict NO RETURN or EXCHANGE policy due to health and hygiene or change of mind, unless the wig has one or more Defects.
  • R&Z online only return policy states that if you have change of mind or not hundred percent happy with product , you can return the wig / topper with in three business days , from the date you have received the product.
  • The wig must be in original packaging, with a tag, unworn, unwashed , uncut or altered in anyway. we cannot accept returned wigs that have had the lace or hair cut or been worn or resized or coloured. please take care when trying on the wig and do not cut the lace.
  • R&Z requests a 40% deposit for any custom-made wigs. This deposit is non-refundable due to change of mind unless the item arrives with a Defect.
  • Only in store , Wigs that customers have put a deposit down and decided not to purchase the wig will receive the deposit back minus 100 dollars for consultation in the condition that the wig Has not been cut or coloured . Wigs that have been cut or coloured must be fully paid before taking the wig.
  • R&Z sale prices will apply on the agreed sale days only and if included a free hair cut or colour its only included on the sale day (you can’t book it later)
  • R&Z respects all clients and will not upload their photos on social media unless agreed by client.
  • R&Z strictly recommends sending stock back by registered post/courier to prevent loss.
  • R&Z will take responsibility if stock was lost via shipping from R&Z to client, and the client will receive a new similar wig for the same amount they paid. R&Z will NOT take responsibility if the wig was lost by the client’s courier/post.
  • R&Z are not responsible if the client developed a skin allergy due to wearing a wig. The client must consult with a doctor prior purchasing a wig if the client is known to have a skin sensitivity or suspects this may be the case.
  • If clients purchased a wig through an R&Z sales representative and they have an issue or inquiry, the contact should be made through the R&Z sales representative to solve the problem. If the R&Z sales representative isn’t be able to solve the issue they will contact R&Z management.
  • R&Z will accept bank transfer , Zip Pay or credit card (2% surcharge).
